2021-2022 Field Trip Request Form
Thank you for your interest in booking a field trip with Magik Theatre! We are looking forward to seeing you at the theatre with your students.

If you are requesting availability for Junie B. Jones, please note, most dates/times are sold-out or have very limited seating. We are no longer taking requests for groups of over 100. Groups can be split up between other dates/times if requested under "Special Requests" tab below.

Please complete this form to request a group reservation for any of our 2021-2022 season productions. Please note that completing this form does NOT guarantee a reservation. A member of our box office team will contact you to confirm details and then an invoice will be issued.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR REQUEST:
Once you submit your information, a representative from the Box Office will contact you to complete your reservation.  (This form does not guarantee your reservation).  Once you are contacted and order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation, a down payment of your reservation is required 30 days from the date of your confirmation.  If reservation is within 30 days of the performance date, deposit is due within 7 days.  Please be sure to pass this along to other educators who schedule field trips.
