This is a way to support your child’s BAE experience as well as get to know your child’s teacher and help their teacher engage with their students for celebrations and other activities.  Bring your unique planning skills and personality to the role☺

We are looking for one or more PRIMARY HOMEROOM PARENTS and TWO OR MORE ASSISTANT HOMEROOM PARENTS.

A PRIMARY HOMEROOM PARENT WILL:
• Help their Homeroom teacher plan celebrations.
• May help with end of year teacher gifts from the class.
• May help with birthday celebrations.
- May help with planning social events to get to know their students.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
Fill out a SEPARATE form FOR EACH HOMEROOM classroom. If you have 2 Blue Ash Elementary students, please fill out 2 forms.

Each classroom will receive reimbursement from the PTO of up to $50 per year for supplies purchased for the class. Items and funds for activities and parties are usually donated by parents in the classroom.

NOTE: End-of-year teacher gift cannot come out of PTO reimbursement, so please use this money during the school year.

Preschool does not have seasonal parties that align with school-age parties. However, preschool homeroom parents will volunteer in the office during events such as Thanksgiving Feast and Friendship Celebration to explain the sign-in process and walk families down to classrooms. Preschool teachers may ask the homeroom parents to volunteer in other ways as needed.
