By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1- Every information you give is correct
2- SHA-LA Studios are not responsible for any injury that occur to you during the teacher training, especially if the participant is aware of that they are injury prone.
3- Refund:
          - A refund of 100% will happen if the cancellation from the participant side takes place 2 months prior to the teacher training
          - A refund of 50% will happen if the cancellation from the participant side takes place 1 month prior to the teacher training
          - No refund will happen if the cancellation from the participant side takes place 2 weeks prior to the teacher training
          - A total refund will happen in case of a cancellation from SHA-LA Studios' side.
4- You agree that you will be paying the full amount two weeks before the start of the teacher training on the 24th of October, 2025.
5- You agree to pay 250€, upon completing this form.  This deposit is non-refundable.
