Westview's Peer Mentor Program: Parent Permission Form
Peer Mentors provide support and guidance to other students through one-on-one relationships. We are here to help students who may need academic, social/emotional support, organizational help, or just a friendly face!  All of the mentors have been screened and trained by our Counseling staff.

If you would like your student to participate in the Peer Mentoring program, please provide us with the following information. A PC mentor will reach out to your student through either phone or email.
