If you would like a stall at the St Oswald's Spring Fair please fill in the below form.
The cost of the stall:
£15 for stalls inside (Trestle table provided)
£10 for stalls outside (Bring your own table/gazebo)
The amount is payable before the event via details in info email that will be sent to you. No payment = No stall.
**We kindly ask for a donation of a prize for our raffle too**
Stall holders are expected to set up at 10am in St Oswald's Church Hall and be ready by 11am for the fair beginning. The fair finishes at 2pm and stall holders will have an hour to clear away.
If there are more than one of you sharing a stall you can split the cost accordingly.
Please bring your own tablecloth and petty cash/card reader. We have Wi-Fi which you can use to connect any device that you will take payment on inside the hall. Please note our Wi-Fi is not available on the green.
There is free parking behind the church. We encourage all stall holders to park here although you can pull up outside the church to unload.
If there are many of the same stalls applying, then we may only choose one of each and will take it on a first come first served basis. Also, if any items intended to be sold contain anything that is not family friendly, we will contact you and either arrange with you what would be appropriate to bring to the event or point you in the direction of other fairs happening.
We comply with GDPR guidance and your personal information will not be given to 3rd parties. We will only use it to contact you to let you know you have been accepted for a stall and to send details, unless you tick to become part of St Oswald's Events Mailing List.
