We
propose the organization of a 4 days congress, the EY Retreat_Hercules edition, uniquely
tailored for healthcare professionals seeking holistic well-being and enhanced
resilience. The retreat aims to foster a harmonious blend of ancient spiritual
mythology, modern biomatic courses, nutritional guidance, and mindful
activities, all set against the serene backdrop of Greece. Inspired by
Hercules' legendary achievements, each day of the retreat will focus on one of
his feats, symbolizing strength, courage, and transformative growth.
"EY" Retreat_Hercules edition will take place in June 2024. You can register your participation on this waiting list. Four days (40 training hours) full of "nourishment" elements for the body, spirit and mind of healthcare providers (doctors, dentists) and healthcare workers (pharmacists, dieticians, nursing and administrative staff). The program can be modified on a case-by-case basis and depending on the needs of the participants or the organization. EY RETREAT includes elements of developing resilience and empathy, time management, effective communication and goal setting, leadership practices, nutrition, physical (yoga) and spiritual exercises (meditation).
