The parade will start at 6:30 pm sharp (CHECK IN WILL START AT 5 PM AND LINE UP AT 5:30 PM at WISD 9th Grade Center, 1007 S Main St.) 

RULES and GUIDELINES: Items listed conform with the City of Weatherford Code Enforcement of downtown activities. Please read all rules carefully.

**EVERY PARTICIPANT DRIVING A MOVING VEHICLE MUST CHECK IN AND SIGN A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. NO ONE UNDER 18 CAN DRIVE A MOVING VEHICLE AND ALL DRIVING MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.

**EVERY GROUP PARTICIPATING MUST CHECK IN AND RECEIVE A NUMBER TO DISPLAY ON THE FRONT LEFT SIDE OF ENTRY EASILY VISIBLE. ANY PARTICIPANT NOT ADHERING TO THIS RULE WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PARADE LINE.

**AT LEAST ONE LEADER OF EACH GROUP MUST SIGN A RELEASE.

*No one shall enter the parade procession at any time after the starting point.
*No tossing or distributing handouts, candy or favors of any kind.
*No sirens, horns or loud noises are permitted. Playing music is acceptable providing it does not interfere with any other entry and no profanity in words or offensive music. Must be Family Friendly.
*Parade units must follow instructions from parade committee and police officers. Failure to do so will result in immediate and possibly permanent removal and not allowed to participate in future parades.
*Parade committee reserves the right to remove any unit from line up for any reason or cause without advance notice.
*PCSP is a non-political organization and entries are not allowed to further political gain. Current office holders are allowed.
*All entries must be "family" friendly and appropriate for all ages.
*All units must maintain a forward motion during parade with no stopping unless it is unsafe to do so.
*No child under 10 years of age will be allowed to walk in parade. Any child under 10 can ride on floats under adult supervision.
*No person, at any time, can step off of a float, vehicle, horse while in motion.

We will allow walkups to register this year between 4 and 5:30 pm. 
NOTE: 2024 Parade will be PRE-ENTRY ONLY, NO WALK UPS!

Judged categories: Marching, Floats, Antique Vehicles/Equipment, Mounted Riding Groups.

Saturday afternoon we are hosting a Street Dance on the corner of Dallas St. and York Ave. Feature band is Albert Leon Payne and Friends 7 pm, with Tyler Bond opening at 4 – 6:30 pm.

Release of Liability: By selecting Agree below the participant(s) hereby release any and all liabilities and responsibilities from the Parker County Sheriff’s Posse, City of Weatherford, County of Parker, Texas and all individuals connected with the Frontier Days Rodeo Parade from any and all liabilities arising from transactions or occurrences of said event and agree to hold such parties forever harmless. Participants have read the rules and agree to comply with them.
