✦ When you are commissioning me, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service!
✦ You are only buying a digital copy of the artwork I draw for you.
✦ When your order is finished, it will be posted to any of my social media accounts unless told otherwise.
✦ Please make sure to save the artwork somewhere safe, if my computer ever gets damaged and the file is lost, I am not responsible for it.
✦ I may decline your order if I feel uncomfortable, insecure doing it or feel that I cannot draw it to the best of my ability for whatever reason. I also have the right to refuse a commission without question.
✦ If you are unhappy with your commission, tell me what’s wrong with it and I will fix it the best I can without redoing it. If you want me to redo it you will have to pay me again. (This is why communication is important. Please remember I can't read your mind.)
✦ If there is a major edit change after you already approved of it before, it will be a fee charged before I edit it. I send commissions in stages so I know to fix something when it is easier to do so. The bigger the edit is the further along the art process I am, the larger the fee is, so please speak up before the line-arting stage to make sure you don't get charged for this.
✦ Have visual references for the Characters and what pose you would like them to be doing. (Ex. What kind of hair, eyes, etc)
✦ No refund unless I haven’t started.

~*As the artist I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, in example:
✦ Post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving proper credit to the owner of the characters and unless you tell me ahead of time).
✦ Promote myself with it in any place I wish to.
✦ Use it in my portfolios/print it/advertise with it.

~*As a commissioner you may:
✦Repost the watermarked version of the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery or page (with non-profit purposes). (Eg toyhouse pages etc.)
✦Print the art but only for personal use, and non-profit. (and crediting where you can!)
✦Use it as decoration for your personal account to any social media profile and you're not making any profit with it. Please also know you have to give full credit somewhere on the page! (All you need to do is have it at the bottom of a description or similar, saying  "pfp by StinkiesDraws" or something similar!)

~*You are NOT ALLOWED to:
✦ Change, modify, trace or use the artwork without my permission.
✦ Reproduce/sell/claim the copyrighted artwork.
✦ Reupload/repost the artwork to your page without any credit, and suggesting its your art.
✦ Claim the artwork as yours nor take credit for it.
✦ Remove my watermarks/signatures.
✦ Use the art for commercial purposes unless you have told me that you plan to beforehand!
put it on items/print it, without letting me know beforehand/asking permission!!!

I prefer to be provided with image references to better help me create the work. Please provide links to references. This can include clothing, characters, expressions, etc. You can link your references here or wait for me to contact you.
