LVMS Cheer Tryout Application 2024-2025

This form must be submitted PRIOR to the tryout meeting on Tuesday, February 20th at 6:00 pm in the LVMS Cafeteria. Please fill out WITH YOUR PARENT OR GUARDIAN so you understand all parts and can answer accurately.

By submitting this application, you are formally submitting your name to be a part of the 2024-2025 Lago Vista Cheerleading selection process. The requirements below will be reviewed in detail and all paperwork will be distributed at the tryout meeting. 

In order to be eligible to try out, you must:

1. Attend (or send a representative to) the tryout meeting on Tuesday, February 20th at 6:00 PM in the LVMS Cafeteria.

2. Meet all eligibility requirements outlined in the LVMS Cheer Constitution.

3. Return a signed tryout contract by 4:15 pm Friday, February 23rd.

4. Attend all tryout clinic and formal evaluation dates.

Important Dates:
Tuesday, February 20 (6:00 PM- LVMS Cafeteria): Tryout Information Meeting

Friday, February 23- Signed Tryout Contract DUE to Coach Kudrna or campus front office by 4:15pm

Monday, March 4 (5-7 PM- LVHS Aux Gym): Tryout Clinic

Tuesday, March 5 (5-7 PM- LVHS Aux Gym): Tryout Clinic + Mock Tryout

Thursday, March 7 (5-6:30pm- LVHS Aux Gym): Formal Evaluations

24-25 LVMS Team is announced via website by Saturday, March 9th by noon

I agree to review this information in its entirety and attend the mandatory Parent Meeting, Tuesday, February 20th at 6:00pm if I need to ask Coach Kudrna any questions directly. I understand that failure to meet tryout requirements will disqualify me from the tryout process. These requirements include but are not limited too: submitting the Tryout Agreement, meeting grade and discipline requirements, and attending all tryout clinics.
