This program is the joint effort of Collaborative ChangeMakers Counseling and Consulting and Community Family Life Center; and is funded by the United Way. Our goal is to help support the mental health needs of our Ypsilanti community during the COVID-19 health crisis.

We are offering:
1) information panels with mental health professional on Facebook live,
2) small group Q&A discussions with mental health professionals,
3) self-care kits for participants (with lots of goodies),
4) scholarships for individual therapy,
5) consultation sessions.

We invite you to participate. We really are in this together...getting through, rising above, and creating our new normal TOGETHER! Let's connect and get skills and support to cope, heal and grow!
