During COVID-19, Elite Dance Academy is feeling the need to GIVE BACK to families who will need the help to come back to dance in the Fall. That said, we feel that our Dare to Dance event is more important than ever before for our current students and their happiness, our community connection and dancers needing help next season.

What is Dare to Dance?
Dare to Dance is an opportunity for dancers who are brave enough to perform a short routine or display their budding choreographic ability on a stage in front of an audience while raising money to benefit fellow dancers through scholarship.  Our show this year will likely be a digital online show where audience members can watch and applaud fellow dancers along with family members and friends!! The show will be on May 30th!!


Who can participate?
All Elite dancers are welcome to apply to perform a solo (S), duo. (D), trio (T) or group (G) with 4 or more dancers.  Let's get CREATIVE - do you have a little one who might like to just dance around  for a larger audience? Do any of our team kids want to get creative with a group routine choreographed from their own homes but dancing together? We are here to support ALL CREATIVE ideas in the name of contribution to others!!


How much does it cost?
Participation Fee S/D/T/G - $30/dancer (FROM $53 LAST YEAR) - Billed to your account(s) once application is received and approved.
If wanting to work with a Teacher Choreographer - $25/hour will be charged for the online private
IF SOCIAL DISTANCING RESTRICTIONS ARE LIFTED - STUDIO USE AND RENTAL
** All routines get their first hour of studio time free -(only applies if social distancing is lifted and studio is open)
Studio Rental Fee - $10/Hour (S/D/T/G) - Billed to your account within a week of the rental time.(only applies if social distancing is lifted and studio is open)
Tickets - $5/each (DONATIONS ABOVE AND BEYOND ARE ALWAYS APPRECIATED!)
** All fees are nonrefundable once charged.


Why participate in Dare to Dance?
This is an excellent opportunity to for dancers to stretch and challenge their abilities through your love of dance.  The Dare to Dance Showcase is a fun and thoughtful environment for dancers to showcase their abilities while raising funds for the Elite Scholarship program, especially to help those in need surrounding COVID-19.


How do I sign up?
Just fill out the application below.  There are a limited number of spots available and applications are processed on a first come, first served basis so apply today!  Please fill out one application per routine that you wish to perform.  Only complete applications will be considered so please be sure to answer all questions.
