CMIT South MHS Holiday Bazaar 2023
Welcome to the Registration for the 2023 Holiday Bazaar with CMIT South Class of 2025 SGA and The National Honor Society Clubs! This form will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and find payment information. Please read through all the information carefully.

** Vendors who are selling food items that can be consumed at the Bazaar, MUST have their business license, insurance, and food handlers permit on hand to sell food items.

* Bazaar date/time: Saturday, December 16, 2023, 10-2 p.m.
* School location: 9822 Fallard Ct. Upper Marlboro, MD. 20772
* Set-up starts at 8 a.m. You may not start tearing down before 2 p.m.

* Bazaar location: CMIT South MHS Soccer Field (merchandise vendors) & Cafeteria (food vendors)
* Park and enter on the cafeteria side of the building or the Middle School ramp side
* Each 6ft table is $25 (two chairs come with each table)

* Electrical outlets are limited in the area.

* Vendors are responsible for cashiering their own space.

** Once your application has been reviewed and accepted, you will be contacted by email, with the payment link. You will receive your space assignment on the day of the Bazaar.
