Thank you for your interest in becoming a mentor to a student in grades 1-5 at Erickson Elementary School.  The goal of the program is to match a community member of upstanding character with a student at Erickson who would benefit from one-on-one mentoring.  Mentors would need to be available 1x per week (WEDNESDAYS) during the lunch/recess period (12:00-12:50) beginning in January - May.  During mentor sessions, partners can play board games, create crafts, eat lunch, as well as other activities that would be decided based on student interest.  

There will be a training session for interested mentors.

After you complete the application below (should take around 15 minutes) and I have checked your references, you will be contacted for an interview and to schedule a background check.
