Thank you for your interest in joining the Panda Partner Program! We are working hard to get more Pandas ready to go so they can help you and your family. We will reach out to you as soon as we have the perfect Panda to fit your needs. We expect to be able to fill most requests within 2-4 weeks.
The PPP is a monthly subscription program where we match our members with a Panda who can meet their regular needs. Rather than having to submit a request every time you need anything, you will submit a weekly recurring request that will be assigned to your Panda Partner. You will communicate directly via text/phone with your Panda to arrange details.
There are two tiers of program:
4.5 hours/month of Panda services for $149.95
12 hours/month of Panda services for $369.95
At the end of the week, your Panda will document the time they spent. If they go over the time included with your subscription, the extra time will be billed at a 5% discount off our regular rate. If you ever need anything that your Panda Partner cannot complete for any reason, they will assist you in submitting a one-time request that will go out to the other Pandas. We will work together to get your needs met.
We try to partner our members with Pandas that prefer to do the types of jobs that you anticipate needing the most. Some Pandas prefer to run errands, some to fold laundry, some love deep cleaning, etc. Please let us know your preferences so we can best partner you.
