£20 (this includes one gazebo, one table and chairs)
The day will start welcoming visitors at 12-5pm
You will be able to access the premises from 10am to set up.

Parking and access
We do not have parking at the venue, however there is some street parking in the area. We kindly ask vendors not to bring vehicles down the access slope and will ask you to unload near the top entrance.

Payments
Please ensure you have your own float and payment systems set up, cash machines can be found on Pollokshaws Road and Victoria Road if required.

WiFI
There is WiFi within the venue however we can not guarantee it will reach all stalls within the outdoor area. We recommend you are able to run payment systems via data from a mobile device.

Covid-19 safety
All vendors and visitors will be required to wear a face mask when entering the indoor area of the venue.

Table Allocation
Although we try out best to accommodate individual requests, we can not always promise to grant specific requests on table location.

Table decorations and requirements
All stands are required to bring their own displays and equipment, with electricals being battery powered.  We will be providing one table and two chairs per table, unless stated otherwise by vendors. We do not supply clothing rails however you do have space for x1 per stall.

Table dimensions
Tables are roughly; depth: 182cm by length: 68cm however this may vary slightly depending on the tables we have on the day.

Weather
As this is an outdoor event, make sure you check the weather in advance and bring appropriate clothing. All outdoor tables will be covered with a gazebo!

Cancellation Policy
On receipt of payment all bookings are final. In the instance where vendor cancelations are made, we will not guarantee a refund or reschedule. In the instance that we have to cancel the event you will receive a full refund
