The meeting will take place during Easter, which is a holiday in Spain, and the University will be running with minimal staff. Due to security regulations by our University, we need to submit in advance a list of attendees with their Passport numbers (foreigners), DNI numbers (Spaniards) or NIE (foreigners currently residing in Japan). We apologize for the inconvenience.

This is only required for people who wish to attend in person.

If, because of privacy concerns, you do not wish to submit your ID number on Google forms, you may send the information to my institutional email ramon.barral@upm.es, or contact me to arrange the transmission of the information in any way you find acceptable.

In any case, the data will be handled in accordance with Spanish privacy laws, and may not be published or shared with any commercial entity; it will be destroyed after a certain time has elapsed. See (LOPD 3/2018) and UPM Privacy regulations.
