Seaside Coach Trip to Felixstowe 23rd August Booking Form

Your booking will not be finalised until we have accepted payment - you will be contacted to arrange this. This trip is for residents of Coleridge/Romsey/Petersfield and Abbey wards. The cost is £10 for adults and £5 for children. The coach will pick up from St Thomas's Hall Ancaster Way at 9am and then from Lichfield Hall on Lichfield Rd and drop back there. The coach is expected to leave Felixstowe at 4pm this time will be confirmed. The journey usually takes under 2 hours depending on traffic.

By booking on this trip you are agreeing to the following:
- to treat everyone on the trip respectfully
- be on time for the coach
- no smoking or drinking on the coach
- anyone under the influence of drink or drugs will be refused access to the coach at Cambridge or Felixstowe
- you are responsible for your own and your dependents wellbeing please bring necessary medication, clothing and food with you.
