If you have any additional questions about this event or synchronized skating, please contact arcticsynchro@gmail.comWhat is Synchronized Skating?
Synchronized skating is the only sanctioned team sport in figure skating and is the fastest growing skating discipline worldwide! In synchronized skating, teams of 6-16 skaters of similar age and skill work together to perform a routine in costume to music. As a discipline, synchro emphasizes teamwork, athleticism and musicality - all with the added bonus of performing and competing with friends by your side! Synchro is a great place to compete in a lower-pressure environment than singles figure skating and is a great way for skaters to stay active, make friends and have fun out on the ice!
