I am Ding Wai Lam, a final year student of Bachelor's Design Technology Majoring in Industrial Design from Faculty of Applied and Creative Arts in University Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). I am conducting a survey for final year project on Impact of Color Blindness in Daily Cooking to complete my final year project which is to design a cooking/kitchen aid for independent color blind individual.

You are invited sincerely to participate in this research by completing this survey. There are 4 sections of question need to be answered based on your cooking experiences. The questions are conducted in order to obtain trust-able information on impact of color blindness in cooking and how you adapt/cope with the difficulties. All the information gained is private and only result will be used for data analysis.
