Please take the time to fill out the following form to help our staff prepare for student pick up. This form will provide our staff with details on who you will allow to pick up your student(s). This will also help us generate car pickup lists for students who are picked up regularly at dismissal. Filling out this form will help us make the process quicker and more efficient. It also ensures that we safely dismiss your student(s) to only approved persons that you have selected. Please complete this survey no later than September 1, 2023
Car Rider Dismissal Details
We appreciate your support and immediate attention in filling these details out. To help our flow of traffic, we will continue to use our "Drive Up, Pick Up" process for this reason, we will continue to have a staggered pick up times.
Our pick up times are as follows:
PreK & K- 3:00pm
Grades 1 & 2 - 3:10pm
Grades 3 & 4- 3:15
Busses and Vans are dismissed at 3:10pm
Lines will be created in our designated pickup area. Car lines will form at designated pickup times. Please do not exit your vehicle until students have exited the building. Your child will be escorted to your vehicle. For safety reasons, please do not call out to your child to leave their dismissal line. You will be receiving dashboard cards to be displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle. Always have a photo ID ready. Please be prepared to fasten your student(s) into their seats as quickly and efficiently as possible.
