The COCC Community Health Worker class has been awarded grant money to be used for scholarships for students enrolled in the Community Health Worker class.

𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞: Monday, September 5th by midnight. *Note you can submit prior to enrollment

Additional - Limited childcare and transportation scholarships are available for those in the Crook, Warm Springs and Jefferson communities. It will be based on need. If you would like more information, check below. We will follow up after CHW Scholarships have been allocated.
