This form is to request money is for Wish List items and is available to anyone at Union Ridge.
Funding is prioritized according to the greatest number of students served, with an emphasis on academics and
play first. It will be reviewed by the PTO Board for approval, do not complete any purchases until you receive a confirmation of approval. If your request is granted you will be contacted directly and payment arrangements will be made. Please know that occasionally we are not able to fulfill all requests as we are limited in funds.
