The seminar series offers a unique opportunity for students to explore the role of leadership, learn about personal strengths, how to navigate the professional setting, and make connections from learning to lifelong development. The seminar series will emphasize professional and leadership development. Some areas that will be covered include such topics as leadership approaches, group dynamics, determining individual areas of strengths and improvement, ethical decision-making, diversity and inclusion, goal and vision setting, delegation, motivation, problem-solving, self-care, and conflict resolution.  

The seminars would be one hour long.  We will be providing these virtually to our students, and if our speaker is local, we will host a small in-person gathering coupled with the virtual feature.
