Dear Parents,

As a part of the course requirements for your child’s band class and color guard, field trips to varsity football games and other band performances (competitions, parades, Unionville Elementary School Fit for Life Program, and other public performances) have been scheduled and approved. These trips are listed on our Fall Schedule and posted on our website, www.piedmontband.org. These trips are to provide performance opportunities and/or enrichment activities that will add to your child’s music education and visual ensemble experience.

The signature of a parent/guardian is required in order to allow your child to participate in these off-campus trips. This permission form will be used for all events during the 2023 Marching Season. Other group events, such as District Auditions, District Clinic, and MPA will require a separate permission form that will be given out just prior to those events.
