Pilipino Cultural Night Intern Application
Hello! Thank you for your interest in becoming an intern for Pilipino Cultural Night (PCN)! The coordinators (Naeryl Ronquillo, Lauren Yoon, & Kristin Gascon) will be looking through the forms thoroughly and will reach to you once your application is submitted.

As a PCN Intern, you will be expected to assist the PCN Coordinators throughout Winter Quarter 2024 and will be given the option to continue with us throughout Spring Quarter at the discretion of the PCN Coordinators. We may also begin coordinating with interns briefly over this upcoming Winter Break to prepare for the next quarter.

Intern Responsibilities:
- Help during events scheduled this quarter
- Attending PCN script rehearsals
- Communicating regularly with PCN Coordinators
- Taking on a leadership role if 1/2 of the coordinators cannot make it to rehearsals/events (We will try our best to make it to every single event, but we are students/humans like y'all)
- Communicating with other PCE positions/interns about PCN 35
- Support PCN coordinators on an as-needed basis with administrative tasks.
        - This may include: office work (creating e-plans, booking rooms, creating and maintaining excel sheets), note-taking, database entry, calendar maintenance, checking attendance, warming-up actors, filling in for actors, helping communication with lighting at Clark Center.

Expectations:
- Readiness
- Good vibes
- The workload is a lot, as there are only 3 coordinators for PCN this year, however, we do not intend to dump everything onto you. We are a team and want to ensure that our show in Spring Quarter 2024 goes as smoothly as possible.

Time Commitments:
- 4 hours maximum per week
- Intern(s) can pick and choose their hours (meetings with performing groups, tech, PCN meetings = 1 hour; rehearsals)
         - We will have a better idea of script rehearsal schedules after script participants fill out their availability over the Winter Break.
- Interns are expected to attend all PCN Workshops

Do not worry if you do not have prior experience with any of the administrative tasks listed above! We are here to support you and it is okay to make mistakes.

Please note that this internship does not guarantee the position of PCN Coordinator for the next staff term.

The application deadline is Wednesday, December 13th at 11:59 PM.
