Conscious Moonstration is not only a way to learn about the the most effective way to balance your endocrine system, nourish your womb & tend to your symptoms but also a way to align with your natural bioenergy in each phase of the moon so that you can maximize your potential for creation as well as reflection, and dive deep into the inner workings of your spirit...
