None of the livestock described listed are adulterated within meaning of the Federal Food & Drug and Cosmetic Act (i.e. none of the cattle or other ruminates have been fed any feed containing protein derived from mammalian tissues, e.g. meat & bone meal, not in compliance with 21CFR 589.2000)

None of the livestock have an illegal level of drug residues.

I certify that my project is drug and residue free by Federal Food & Drug administration standing. This includes off label drug use (i.e. human medications used in animals).

I have followed all withdrawal periods for medication used, have practiced good animal husbandry, and it has been ethically and humanly.

I acknowledge and accept the fact that my animal may be subject to drug testing and upon a positive confirmation, forfeiture of all prize money, sale and/or market value, premiums and trophies will be the penalty.

I have read and understand the ethics policy covered in the Branch County Fairbook (found in the general livestock rules section) and I agree to comply with all rules and regulations put in place by the Branch County Fair Board.
