OE Wolf Parents PTO heads up Senior Celebration each year, along with planning and implementing the many fundraisers needed to help celebrate our seniors! As you know, the class of 2020 & 2021 had to give up many of their end of the year celebrations and we did our best to honor them with the limitations we were presented with. As we maneuver through this year hoping to have less restrictions, we'd love help in coming up with ways to help celebration this next class - 2022. We would like to use this form to gather info from parents that would like to help with any planning and implementing of fundraisers and celebrations for this class of 2022.

We will work with the OEHS Admin to make sure all items and fundraisers are approved before proceeding.

This following is a preliminary list of possible fundraisers and events. Please check any boxes you might be interested in planning, implementing, promoting, etc. We will keep you in the loop of these fundraisers, and it will not be a commitment, but an option for you to help out.

Senior Shirts. Each year we design and print up a senior shirt and try to include all the senior names on the back as a memento. This is usually sold in January-February (as to make sure we include all new seniors, early grads, etc.)

Help with ordering process - advertising to seniors and families

Help distribute shirts when orders come in

Blue-Silver Community Bash. We are able to bring back this fun night to kick off the school year! We will have a vendor zone and raffle baskets to raise funds for senior scholarships and Senior Celebration.

Help Solicit businesses to rent booth space

Help put together raffle baskets

Work shift at event (sell raffle tickets, check in vendors, work OE Wolf Parent info table, etc.)

Organize volunteers for event (kid zone, vendor zone, raffle tables, Wolf Parent table)

Help lay out vendor zone inside football stadium

Adopt a Senior. Parents and community can choose to adopt a senior and provide encouragement cards and items to a senior that signs up to be adopted.

Set up program - process to collect information of senior to be adopted and process to solicit those wanting to adopt - descretely.

Control the forms needed and handle the "adoption" exchange. Keep track of students that have been adopted, etc.

Fall Mum & Holiday Wreath Sales- Work with the OE Sports Boosters and do a joint fundraiser. Sales from the wreaths & mums would benefit the senior scholarships and senior celebration activities we work on for this year.

Advertise and promote - especially to senior families

Concession sales - Hoping we can bring this fundraiser back this year. Waiting on approval from district.

Help purchase and stock concession stand

Help work after school concession stand (typically 2:00-3:30 pm)

Help work weekend concession shifts for dance competitions or other events renting out OEHS (typically 3 hour shifts)

Help open or close concession stand for events (includes starting up cooked items, setting up or closing up cash drawers, clean up and restocking for next day.)

Solicit restaurants for fundraiser nights - find out percentage of proceeds, dates available, when checks are issued, flyer, etc

Promote fundraiser nights - make sure senior families attend!
