After School Program Needs Survey
Lincoln Memorial Elementary School is considering the addition of an after school program for children in grades PreK-6th.  They are also considering a June Summer school program for grades K-6th.  The programs would offer both enrichment and academic activities.  Funding for this program is available through a grant. We are needing information on interest in the program so that we better understand our students' after-school needs. This information will help us receive the 21st CCLC grant that would provide these opportunities for our community at no charge. Please take the time to complete the survey so the school can best serve you.
