2023 LPNC Convention - Sponsor form
If you are interested in being a sponsor of the 2023 LPNC Convention, please fill out the form below!  This does not guarantee you or your organization a sponsorship; a member of the Convention Committee will follow up with you to discuss next steps.

We'll be offering the following sponsorship levels:

Bronze ($100) - Sponsor recognized in agenda/schedule
Silver ($150) - Bronze + shoutout from Chair at Business Meeting or Gala
Gold ($200) - Silver + business table ($100 value)
Liberty ($300) - Gold + 5 minutes to speak at Friday night event and recognition for Bylaws Challenge prize

And don't worry! A copy of this form will be emailed to you for reference!
