SAHS Hotspot User Agreement | For Student
I understand I am acknowledging receipt of this mobile hotspot, referred to as "device" from Stillwater Area Schools is to provide access to the internet. The aforementioned device is and will remain property of Stillwater Area Schools and must be returned to the school district, within one week from the last student contact day of the school year. I understand that any data flowing through the device, is not private data, and subject to monitoring. The district may limit and/or cancel the subscription for the device at any time. I further understand, that ALL district acceptable use for internet and technology devices, as well as school district policies, apply at all times, regardless of the location of this device, and that by signing this document, I agree to abide by such policies, expectations, and requirements. The school district reserves the right to revoke the use of the device at any time. In the case the device fails to work, I will contact the school district immediately for guidance. I understand the school district may request that I return the device, at any time, for any reason. Failure to return the device at the request of the district will result in applicable fines and withholdings. Hotspots will be checked out and returned via the Media Center, prior to the end of the year.
