Please describe your plans to reduce waste associated with your stand activities during Global Offshore Wind 2025. These are just some examples of things we’d love to hear you’re doing:
  • You’re only using digital promotional materials instead of paper.
  • You’re not using plastic-based materials.
  • You’re re-using materials produced for past events.
  • Your promotional materials are made of recycled materials and/or are easily recyclable.
  • You’ll repurpose all stand materials for future events.
  • If you have coffee or catering service at your stand you’ll be using biodegradable glasses and dishes.
  • If you have a shell scheme stand and are bringing roller banners, are these re-usable? Are you getting them printed onsite to avoid transport?

CO2 footprint
Please describe your plans to reduce the CO2 footprint associated to your stand build and exhibition activities. You might consider: 
  • Your packing materials.
  • Transport of stand materials, builders and your staff.
  • Working with local contractors to avoid travel.

By submitting this form, I confirm that I have provided my stand design and build contractors RenewableUK exhibition sustainability guidelines and ensured our stand build aligns with RenewableUK sustainability guidelines and the following materials will not be used at our stand:
  • Single-use MDF panels or non-recyclable core construction materials.
  • Incandescent lighting; opt for energy-efficient alternatives.
  • Vinyl flooring or non-recyclable carpets.
  • The use of plastic, including packaging, cups, and bottles, is strictly forbidden.
