竹園區神召會九肚福音堂 - 婚禮場地預約使用申請 PCHK Kau To Chapel - Wedding Venue Reservation Application
申請須知：
  • 申請在本堂會舉行婚禮的男女雙方，其中一位必須是已受洗基督徒；
    Application is only accepted from baptized Christians, either the bride or the bridegroom ；
  • 婚禮進行前完成基督教婚前輔導，及需要提交完成基督教婚前輔導證明文件 ；
    Applicants shall attend Christian pre-marital counseling before wedding, and applicants are required to summit a proof of completion in Christian pre-marriage counseling (before wedding) ；
  • 本堂會只接受在12個月內及不少於3個月前舉行的婚禮申請 ；
    We only accepts applications for weddings held within 12 months and not less than 3 months in advance ；
  • 請於結婚日前三個月預約婚禮綵排日期 (按實際情況安排)，時間最長為一小時 ；
    Applicants shall contact us to make an appointment for the wedding rehearsal date 3 months before the wedding date (according to actual situation) , and the rehearsal will be last for one hour ；
  • 若果自行取消場地，已繳交按金，將不獲發還 ；
    The deposit will not be refunded in any case of cancellation ；
  • 本堂會保留拒絕申請權利，但會發還所有已經繳交的按金及費用。
    Our Church reserves the right to reject applications, but will refund all deposits and fees.

時間 Time：
  • 星期三至六 早上10時至下午4時 (按實際情況安排)
    Wednesday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (according to actual situation)
  • 星期日 下午2時至5時 (按實際情況安排)
    Sunday, 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm (according to actual situation)

設施 Facilities：
  • 禮堂 (容納30人) Hall (capacity 30 people)
  • 副堂 (容納30人) Balcony (capacity 30 people)
  • 兒童活動中心 (容納30人) Children Activity Center (capacity 30 people)
  • 操場、洗手間、枱椅等 Playground, Restrooms, Tables and Chairs etc.
供應 Supplies：
  1. 茶、水、膠囊咖啡 Tea, water, capsule coffee
  2. 室內冷氣及WIFI上網 Indoor air-conditioning and WIFI Internet access
  3. 麥克風、電子琴、電子鼓 Michonne, keyboard, drum
  4. 影音器材 Audio & Video equipment
費用 Fees：
  • 非本堂會友收費為港幣5000元
    The non-members charged is HKD 5000
  • 大埔堂及九肚福音堂會友收費為港幣4000元
    Tai Po Church and Kau To Chapel members charged is HKD 4000
  • (所有收益將撥作九肚植堂種籽基金 All proceeds will be donated to KauTo Church-Planting Seed Fund)

備註 Remarks：
  1. 本堂不提供食物
    Our Chapel will not provide food
  2. 婚禮前後不設茶會安排
    Tea party is not allowed to be held before or after the wedding
  3. 需帶離所有食物及垃圾，保持地方整潔
    Take away all food and garbage and keep the place tidy
  4. 需要自行預約律師
