Welcome to SureSell Valet Tagging with Just Between Friends! We appreciate your choice in joining the JBF Experience and opting to let our SureSell Team Tag your outgrown items for you. Here's a breakdown of how it all works:

To qualify, ensure you have a minimum of 100 items, with at least 20 non-clothing items (baby gear, toys, accessories, etc.). Additionally, 60% of your clothing items must be quality name brands such as Old Navy, Crazy 8, Gymboree, GAP, Children’s Place, etc.

Valet Tagging Information:

• You earn 40% of your sales, which are marked at prices to earn you the most with our Sell-thru guarantee
• A guaranteed 85% sell-through on items received in JBF condition (clean, working, etc.).
• JBF transports and stores your items until the sell-thru is complete.
• Your items are sold online and at Blaine/Andover, White Bear Lake & Eau Claire, WI Sales.
• A $15 consignor fee per sale in which your check is more than $150 (Consignor checks less than $150 will be assessed at 10% - this fee is based on your pay-out and not sales)
• A one-time $10 supply fee, plus additional fees if hangers are not supplied or items lack working batteries.
• Checks are mailed within 2 weeks after each sale from our bank directly (Huntington) - Check exceptions may apply for back-to-back sales that occur within in two weeks of each other. (We do have a direct deposit option available since you ill be receiving multiple checks)
• Items are tagged following JBF Guidelines and Sell-through guidelines.
• All items are tagged to go Half-off.
• Unsold items after 3 sales may be marked down.
• Separate JBF numbers are assigned for self-tagged items.
• JBF endeavors to protect items, but it cannot be held responsible for theft or damage.

Valet Tagging Prep Information:

• Prepare items in bags or boxes by gender and size, grouping outfits and accessories.
• Mark the size on each bag/box.
• Non-clothing items can be bagged/boxed together.
• Ensure your NAME is on all bags/boxes and items.
• Coordinate drop-off or pick-up when ready.
• If Items are not organized at pick-up, we cannot guarantee items will be tagged in time for the Next Sale. Ungroup and organized items received may incur additional fees based on taggers sorting time
• Clean all clothing, toys, and equipment.
• Ensure toys and equipment are working and meet safety requirements.
• Items received not meeting JBF condition will be donated. If we receive more than 50 items not meeting the JBF Criteria and Conditions and are unsellable- you will be charged .10 an item after the first 50 (This is to account for the Taggers time to go through your items).

**Note: Breakable items, including glassware, lamps, picture frames, etc., cannot be accepted for valet.

Keep in mind, if your request or pick-up time is 17 days before the next sale, prep may not be guaranteed, but it will be for subsequent sales. Communication may be limited 10 days before the next sale due to setup time.

As a Valet Consignor, you and a friend can shop the consignor presale at the next event on the day before opening to the public. Your name will be on the list at the door.
