RCWG przetwarza dane osobowe zgodnie z obowiązującym prawem ochrony danych osobowych, w szczególności z Rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (zwaną dalej: RODO) i Ustawą z dnia 10 maja 2018 r. o ochronie danych osobowych.
3. Dane osobowe przetwarzane będą przez RCWG w celach:• wykonania listy uczestników Godzina dla Gdańska 2021, na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. B RODO, w związku z Art. 44 Ustawy o działalności pożytku publicznego i o wolontariacie• ustalenia, obrony lub dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1. Lit. F RODO,
4. Dane osobowe przetwarzane i przechowywane będą przez cały okres projektu lub przedawnienia roszczeń wskazanego w Ustawie Kodeks Cywilny.
5. Zgłąszający ma prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu, prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem. Ma także prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego, jeżeli uzna, że przetwarzanie danych osobowych przez Korzystającego narusza RODO.
6. Podanie danych osobowych jest konieczne do wykonania zgłoszenia.
7. Dane osobowe będą gromadzone oraz przetwarzane w formie papierowej oraz elektronicznej. 8. Dane osobowe nie są przekazywane do państw trzecich ani do organizacji międzynarodowych. 9. W związku z wykonaniem Umowy Korzystający upoważnia zgłaszającego do przetwarzania danych osobowych. Upoważnienie obowiązuje wyłącznie dla czynności na danych osobowych, które są niezbędne do prawidłowego wykonania zadania.

1. The administrator of personal data is the Regional Volunteer Center in Gdańsk with its registered office at Plac Solidarności 1, 80-863 Gdańsk, NIP: 58 325 07 309 KRS: 0000021652.
2. RCWG processes personal data in accordance with applicable personal data protection law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR) and the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data.
3. Personal data will be processed by RCWG for the purposes of: • preparing the list of participants of the Hour for Gdańsk 2021, pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter B GDPR, in connection with Art. 44 of the Act on public benefit activities and volunteering• determining, defending or pursuing possible claims, pursuant to Art. 6 section 1. Lit. F GDPR,
4. Personal data will be processed and stored throughout the entire project period or the limitation period for claims specified in the Civil Code Act.
5. The reporting party has the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to raise objections, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. He also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if he considers that the processing of personal data by the User violates the GDPR.
6. Providing personal data is necessary to complete the notification.
7. Personal data will be collected and processed in paper and electronic form.
8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries or international organizations.
9. In connection with the performance of the Agreement, the Beneficiary authorizes the applicant to process personal data. The authorization applies only to activities involving personal data that are necessary for the proper performance of the task.
