Hey CLC Students!

We're hosting our SECOND Progressive Dinner! What is a Progressive Dinner you ask? It's a dinner where we "progress" from house to house for the different courses of the meal (I know, how sweet is that)!

We invite you to check out the details below & RSVP if you plan on joining us! All guests are asked to RSVP by July 5th at 10AM so that we can communicate with our hosts/those providing the meals.

What: An evening of food, friends, and great fellowship at different homes!
Who: All 6-12 grade students.
When: July 9, 2022 from 4:00-9:00PM (RSVP by July 5th).
Where: Various locations (drop-off & pick-up will be at the church, see more details below).
What to bring: A bathing suit and towel for our final location AND a friend (make sure they RSVP too)!

DROP OFF AND PICK UP LOCATION & INSTRUCTIONS
- Drop-Off: drop off at the CLC at 4:00PM.
- Pick-Up: pick-up at the CLC at 9:00PM.

2022 PERMISSION, HEALTH, and CONDUCT FORMS:
- In order to participate in off-site Student Ministry related events, we do ask that every student has a permission, health, and conduct form on file. This is simply to help us communicate well, and this is to help us be prepared in the unexpected event of a medical emergency. Everyone only needs to submit 1 per year. If you can't remember if you've submitted one or not, check in with us and we can let you know! If you need to fill out the form, you can find the them at the link below. Once you've submitted the form on behalf of your child, they will be good for the entire year! These forms, in total, take about 10 minutes to fill out.
