Volunteer Sign Up ~   AIDS/LifeCycle EXPO 2024 ~ Saturday, February 10th
Expo is an extraordinary day spent with the ALC Community. The day starts with a short bike ride around the San Francisco Area, then everyone enters the building to interact with ALC Staff, Community Partners, Check out the Camp Store, Attend workshops, Participant in a Gear Swap, even pick up earned Fundraising Incentives. 

All of the above being said, we can’t do this without our Volunteers! If you're interested in Volunteering for the day, please fill out this form. Do keep in mind that we have limited spots available in some areas, and requests will be considered but are not able to be guaranteed.

WHEN:   February 10th, 2024  10:30 AM - 2:30 PM
WHERE:   Sports Basement Presidio, 610 Old Mason St, San Francisco, CA 94129 
PROVIDED: Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian lunch, snacks and beverages will be provided on Saturday. (If you have specific dietary needs please bring food with you)

Friday February, 9th Setup Shift!!
Join Staff before Expo and help us setup! This is a physical job, must be able to help lift tables, chairs, tents, blow up balloons, assist setting up the Camp Store, help layout the space and set up booths, etc.

Bike Parking
Greet people as they arrive at the SF County Fair Building in Golden Gate Park, manage security of the Bike Parking area outside.

Help people make purchases in our Camp Store! This is a customer service oriented job and some retail experience is helpful, but not required. (PLEASE NOTE: All Camp Store volunteers must submit to a background check prior to the event.)

Greet people as they arrive and check-in attendees on our iPads **Must be comfortable with technology

Assist our Angel in disguise, Debi Schechtman, organize hundreds of donated cycling gear items for first time riders!

Greet Volunteers as they arrive and check them in. As needed, you may be asked to walk volunteers to their assigned area
