Job Description:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, generating leads, managing client projects, and reporting on KPIs. You will also work closely with our production team to create engaging and memorable content for our clients.
We are looking for a results-driven, experienced, and dynamic sales professional who can lead our sales team to achieve our agency's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in sales for digital companies or any related fields, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for sales and marketing.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the agency's goals and objectives.
Identify potential clients and convert them into customers through lead generation and conversion techniques, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Monitor and analyze the performance of sales campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring the successful delivery of sales and marketing services.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales and marketing team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in sales in the insurance, finance, tech, or gaming industries is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to building relationships with clients and managing the sales team effectively.
Strong leadership and management skills are necessary to motivate the sales team and achieve sales targets and goals.
Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies in the target industries is crucial to ensure the success of the agency's sales efforts.
The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is important to achieve sales targets.
A proven track record in achieving sales targets and goals in the target industries is an indicator of the candidate's ability to succeed in the sales manager role.
Preferably residing in Balayan or any part of western Batangas.
