Required
Home Campus Opportunity
One important aspect of the ASAP program is that interns have a research or professional internship experience with a faculty or staff mentor on their home campus for the academic year (fall and spring) following the ASAP Summer Institute. It can be helpful, though not necessarily required, for you to identify now what that opportunity would be and which faculty or staff member on your campus will supervise it. If you have not identified a mentor or opportunity, please indicate that, so that we may work with you to identify possibilities should you be selected for ASAP.
9. List any research experience or professional internship that you have secured for the upcoming 2022-23 academic year.
This may include an internship, a senior thesis, an independent study, a research assistantship, participation in the McNair Scholars Program, etc. Please indicate for each whether it is paid or for credit (or neither). NOTE: Having an opportunity lined up in advance is not required to be eligible to apply for ASAP.
10. Who will be your research mentor or internship supervisor (faculty or staff member) ON YOUR HOME CAMPUS (not for the Princeton internship) for the 2022-23 academic year?
Please share the individual's name, job title, and email address. This can be an internship supervisor, thesis advisor, course instructor, primary investigator, McNair mentor, etc. We recommend that you discuss potential participation in the ASAP program with this individual, and secure their interest in being your prospective mentor, before applying for ASAP.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
