1. **Order Placement and Confirmation**: Orders should be placed at least 1 week (7 days) in advance. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm the order. The balance is due 1 week (7 days) before the order pickup date.

2. **Design and Customization**: Final design details, including flavors, colors, and any custom work, must be confirmed by 3 days prior to pickup. Changes after this date may not be accommodated or may incur additional charges.

3. **Allergies and Dietary Restrictions**: Customers must inform Flour Power of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of order. While we strive to meet these requirements, we cannot guarantee the absence of all allergens in our products.

4. **Cancellation Policy**: Cancellations made more than 1 week (7 days) before the event will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made within 1 week (7 days) of the event date will be charged the full amount of the order.

5. **Pickup and Delivery**: Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed-upon time. Delivery may be available for an additional fee and must be arranged at the time of order. Flour Power is not responsible for any damage to the product after it leaves the bakery.

6. **Payment Methods**: We accept Zelle & Venmo. Full payment must be received before any work begins on the order.

7. **Refund Policy**: Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not available once work has begun on an order. In the case of an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of pickup/delivery to discuss a resolution.

8. **Photography and Use of Images**: Flour Power reserves the right to photograph your cake/cupcakes and use any photographs for display or promotional purposes without compensation.

9. **Force Majeure**: Flour Power shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

10. **Limitation of Liability**: Flour Power's liability for any claim related to any order shall be limited to the price paid by the customer for the product.
