The purpose of this Mentorship Programme Worksheet is to help facilitate quality conversations between mentors and mentees during meetings by setting expectations and identifying topics and issues for discussion. It is for the mentee to ensure that the same is filled in and submitted after your first meeting with your mentor. Kindly also remember to fill in the feedback form at the end of your one-year mentorship journey, to adhere to our Mentorship Programme Guidelines and to keep a meeting log where apt to keep track of your progress as well.
