A limited number of the Travel Supplement Grants are available for IEEE Sensors Journal Invited Paper presenters. Please fill the following form to apply for the grant. The grant will not be given until the proper US tax* form is submitted by the candidates.**

*US W-8 (foreign visitors) and W-9 (US tax payer) forms. Form W-8 asks non-U.S. payees to certify their legal and tax status to help U.S. payers determine the correct amount to withhold. Form W-9 is to provide your correct Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) to IEEE who is required to file an information return with the IRS to report the payment. **The grant will be paid to you electronically after the conference and only if your presentation is given in-person at the conference. An email will be sent to you with payment and tax forms. The electronic fund transfer (EFT) will require you to have a bank account with a bank routing number (MICR ABA Code), BIC (SWIFT code) and account number. The bank account should be in your name, matched with your name in the application. After validation, the grant will be deposited into your bank in US dollar. The exchange rate will depend on the currency market and your bank. Your bank may deduct an EFT  fee. We will not be able to give the fund by check or cash.
