CHAPERONES:

It is time to sign up for Chaperone spots! Things to keep in mind:

-There are LIMITED spots.

-Total Chaperone cost is $350 with a $200 deposit per chaperone due upon registration The remaining $150 is due May 19th. Registrations without deposits will not be considered.

-These spots are meant for one family member to attend the trip and chaperone his/her student as well as others on the bus, at the resort and at the parks. We cannot accommodate entire families as chaperones.

We stay at Lake Buena Vista Resort Village and Spa if you have other family traveling with you and would like to book a room at the same resort.

We can purchase extra tickets for family members traveling with you at cost noted on original form (copied on back for your convenience).

Deadline for sign up; April 21st at noon. The spots will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.
