National Cultural Policy Submission Deadline - Monday 22nd August

Complete the following below to access our templates.

Follow these steps to make your submission using the templates we have developed.

1. Download one of our templates from Google Docs. There is one for organisations, and another for individuals.  Select “File” > “Download” > “Microsoft Word (.docx)”. If you are having trouble downloading the template, get in touch (culturalpolicy@diversityarts.org.au) and we can provide you with another format.

2. Fill in your details on the first and last page of the template, including name of the organisation or individual you are submitting on behalf of, contact details, and whether or not your submission can be made public (published) or kept confidential. You may also wish to include your logo or letterhead. 

3. Save your document and head to the Office for the Arts submission portal, fill in the online form and upload your submission. 

4. Email us at culturalpolicy@diversityarts.org.au to let us know that you’ve made your submission!
