I understand that all information provided in this form shall be classified confidential and used as per the Razum International school confidentiality and security of information. Razum International school Personal Protection Policy.

Withholding Information: If it subsequently becomes apparent that information considered reasonable for consideration for entry to the Holiday Camp has been withheld, is inaccurate or falsified, Razum has the right to exclude the child from the Holiday Camp without refund of any Fees.

Disclosures: Parents must, as soon as possible, disclose to the Holiday Camp in confidence any known medical condition, health problem or allergy affecting the child, any history or diagnosis of a learning difficulty on the part of the child or any member of his/her immediate family, or any family circumstances or court order which may affect the child's welfare, safety or security and/or any precautionary measures required to ensure the same. Parents may be excluded from Holiday Camp if the Razum International school staff, acting in a proper manner, considers such exclusion to be in the best interests of the children or of the Holiday Camp.

Withholding information: If it subsequently becomes apparent after admission that any information regarding the child's behaviour has been withheld, or falsified, during the application process, it will lead to the immediate removal of the child from the Holiday Camp without refund of any fees.

Fees after Withdrawal: If the child is withdrawn, there will be no refund of the Fees for the current Holiday Camp. There will be no charge of fees in lieu of notice but all arrears of Fees and any other sum due to the holiday Camp will be payable.

Upon completion of this form parents agree to Razum International school using student work, photographs of students and other materials for purposes such as but not limited to: electronic and printed displays and exhibitions at Razum International school, website and social media for Razum International school and promotional material for Razum International school Holiday Camp. We do not identify children's names with their photographs.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you also acknowledge that you will follow Razum international school Holiday Camp policies.
