Last Day of School: Picnic on the Porch Parent RSVP
Parents can use this form to pre-register to attend lunch on the last day of school. Students will come to the school north carpool porch on the last day of school where parents can join them. School staff will be able to preprint your tag which allows us to speed up the line for check-ins. 
  • Complete the form for each adult planning to attend. 
  • All RSVPs must be received by noon on Wednesday for your tag to be pre-printed. 
  • Visitors without a pre-printed tag will need to check-in at the front office as usual.
  • All guests will be required to show ID. 
  • After the event all visitors will need to exit promptly.
