Strategic IntentThis survey is a part of background research for DST supported pilot GATI (Gender Advancement for Transforming Institutions). It is designed to explore the experiences of early career researchers in STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Medicine) domains.
Early Career Researchers here refers to those researchers or faculty who are up to 40 years of age, have completed their Ph.D. and engaged in tenured or non-tenured/ ad hoc / contractual positions in teaching and research.
All genders are encouraged to respond. Individual perspective is of great importance. Responses from this survey will be used only for research purpose. The survey administrators are committed to protecting anonymity and ensuring confidentiality of your responses.
