Booth Setup: Vendors must arrive at the event venue between the hours of 8am and 9am for set up. Each vendor will be provided with a designated booth space. Please set up your booth within the allocated area and refrain from encroaching on neighboring spaces. Booth setup must be completed before the commencement of the pre-adventure bash at 9:45 AM.
FOOD VENDORS: Set up start can be later as you do not need to be ready until 11:30am.
Products/Services: Vendors are responsible for providing their own products, services, equipment, and signage for display at their booth. All products and services must be appropriate for the event theme and audience. Vendors must ensure that their offerings comply with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations.
Booth Operation: Vendors are expected to operate their booths throughout the duration of the event from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Booths must be staffed at all times during operating hours, for breaks, bring a friend or make sure you have some kind of help. If you need a break and don't have anyone to help please provide a "Be Right Back" sign. Vendors are encouraged to advertise that their business will be attending the event.
Sales and Transactions: Vendors are responsible for handling all sales and transactions at their booths.
Please ensure that you have adequate change and payment processing capabilities (cash, credit/debit card, etc.). Any special promotions, discounts, or offers should be clearly communicated to attendees.
Cleanliness and Maintenance: Vendors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of their booths throughout the event. Please dispose of any waste or packaging materials in the designated trash receptacles. Booth teardown should commence only after the conclusion of the event at 7:00 PM.
Compliance and Cooperation: Vendors must comply with all instructions and directives given by event organizers and staff. Any disputes or concerns should be brought to the attention of event organizers for resolution. Cooperation and mutual respect among vendors, attendees, and event staff are expected at all times.
Liability: Vendors participate in the event at their own risk and are responsible for their own property, products, and liabilities. If you have your own insurance please add this event, we do have our own insurance for the event itself. Event organizers and staff will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event.
