ii) This survey is initiated by IIT Palakkad and NATPAC, Thiruvananthapuram for residents of Kerala, India.  (Indian Institute of Technology Palakkad and National Transportation Planning and Research Centre, Thiruvananthapuram)

iii) It takes 9 - 12 minutes on average to fill this form.

iv) Focuses on travel & 'Work-From-Home' related information in Kerala in the context of Covid-19 which would be used for academic purposes only.

v) This would help in weighing citizen-preferences while framing travel related policies in future.

vi) On mobiles, some questions (with lengthy choices) are easier to read in the 'landscape mode'.
