Thank you for registering with Little Lambs Summer Care at Creation Kids Preschool (CKP)! We are excited and blessed to have your child be part of our program! In order to complete the registration, please return the completed form and a $50 per child (not to exceed $100 per family) non-refundable registration fee made out to St. John’s Lutheran Church and mail or drop off:
